摘要 <p>There is provided a wind power generation evaluation system for providing a highly efficient operation or output-stabilized operation of the wind power generation system by the in-advance prediction control based on the wind condition observation and evaluating the merit obtained by the operation. There is also provided a prediction control service system for the wind power generator utilizing the wind power generation evaluation system. The wind power generation evaluation system includes: laser type aerovanes (100, 200, 300) for measuring the wind direction and speed at a position apart from a wind power generator; a second aerovane (500) for measuring the wind direction and speed at the wind power generator; wind power generation output calculation means (400a) which integrates a difference between the output powers calculated by the windmisll performance curve indicating the output power characteristics of the wind power generator with respect to the wind speed and calculating the difference between the generated power amounts by using the measurement results of the laser type aerovanes and the second aerovanes; and additional value calculation means (400b) fro calculating an additional value of an affect given to the environment according to the difference between the generated power amounts obtained by the wind power generation output calculation means.</p>
