The wheel (1) is attached to a carrying element (2) moved by an upper (3) and a lower system of levers comprising a steering link (5), a transverse control arm (4), and a tie rod (6). The tie rod (6) absorbs the longitudinal forces created by the wheel (1) and is longitudinally positioned. A suspension strut (7) is inserted between the upper lever (3) and the tie rod (6). A swivel joint (8) is located at the outer end of tie rod (6) in order to join a transversally positioned stabilizer (9). The rotation axle (8) of the tie rod (6) is positioned in an angle in relation to the rotation axle (9a) of the stabilizer (9).
