<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To collect the overall forces of the functions, operations, and actions of flywheels to create mechanical energy by bringing a relation between an input and an output in an inverse proportional state not in a proportional state to increase its ratio and taking in the improved use of existing high performance devices. <P>SOLUTION: This apparatus comprises the existing models and devices with highest performances in a control center, and is rotatingly operated by a generator with an existing electricity to collect the functions of a first flywheel, a second flywheel, and a third flywheel so as to produce the mechanical energy. The mechanical energy is multiplied and augmented, and the final energy is applied to the generator for power generation.
