<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat conductive composition having a high heat conductivity, which is flexible, excellent in shape following property and adhesiveness and also excellent in workability and recyclability, and to provide a heat conductive sheet. <P>SOLUTION: The heat conductive composition comprises a side chain-crystallizable polymer that softens at the heating temperature of an exothermic body and a heat conductive filler. The side chain-crystallizable polymer has a melting point of ≥30°C and crystallizes at a temperature lower than the melting point. In the heat conductive composition the ratio of the storage modulus at 23°C to that at 80°C (storage modulus at 23°C/storage modulus at 80°C) is ≥100. As an example, the composition is used as the heat conductive sheet characterized by comprising the side chain-crystallizable polymer that softens at the heating temperature of the exothermic body and the heat conductive filler. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
