<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steam warming sheet having a higher effect of thermotherapy. <P>SOLUTION: This steam warming sheet 1 comprises a heat generating sheet 2 formed by containing an electrolyte aqueous solution in a formed sheet containing oxidizable metal, a reaction accelerator and a fibrous material, and capable of generating heat by coming in contact with air; and a storing body 3 having air permeability and storing the heat generating sheet 2, wherein heating steam is discharged to the outside through the storing body 3. The formed sheet contains 60-90 wt% of the oxidizable metal, 5-25 wt% of the reaction accelerator, and 5-35 wt% of the fibrous material. In the heat generating sheet 2, 40-80 pts.wt. of the electrolyte aqueous solution containing 1-15 wt% of electrolyte is added to 100 pts.wt. of the formed sheet.
