<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flexible space holder to be temporarily or permanently guided into a human or animal body which holder comprises one piece capable of being flexible or movable or some pieces easily connectable. <P>SOLUTION: This space holder 10 is equipped with connection members 2 set on both end parts and a central cylindrical body 1 which includes a flexible member recess part.
