<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressure bonding device which ensures a resistant sealing, although its configuration is simple. <P>SOLUTION: The pressure bonding device (1) has a bonding member (2) made from cold-workable materials and the bonding member (2) is provided on a joint or a valve and an end portion of a pipe (3) is press-inserted into the inside. The bonding member (2) has a ring-shaped bracing (5) in which a metal made cutting ring (10) and a sealing ring (8) are retained. A separated ring (9) is provided between the sealing ring (8) and the cutting ring (10) and the separated ring (9) enables the cutting ring (10) to be retained, keeping an approximate distance from the sealing ring (8). As a result, only the simple ring-shaped receiving tool is to be preferably formed in the bonding member (2) and at the same time, the sealing ring (8), the separated ring (9), and the cutting ring (10) are retained inside the ring-shaped bracing. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
