PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress reduction of yield of an optical wavelength conversion element and to reduce a package area of an optical wavelength conversion module. SOLUTION: In the optical wavelength conversion module provided with the optical wavelength conversion element 11 in which a plurality of ridge structure type optical waveguides 19, an optical path reversing means 20 connecting a pair of optional optical waveguides 19 and provided on at least one end face of the optical wavelength conversion element 11 and a coupling means 13 optically coupling an input optical fiber 12a and an output optical fiber 12b and the optical waveguides 19, the input optical fiber 12a and the output optical fiber 12b are coupled by the plurality of optical waveguides 19.
