PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable device in which a case main body can be made thin while having a pushing operating knob. SOLUTION: The portable device comprises a case main body 22 having a plate shape appearance; a signal transmission unit 23 which is housed in the case main body 22 and is capable of transmitting radio signals for making communications with an outside communication device; a first terminal 31 for unlocking provided at the signal transmission unit 23, and a second terminal 32 for unlocking provided at the signal transmission unit 23, and by the short-circuiting of the first terminal 31 for unlocking and the second terminal 32 for unlocking, the signal transmission unit 23 transmits radio signals. The device is provided with an unlocking operating knob 15 formed in cantilever form integrally with the case main body 22, and the first terminal 31 for unlocking and the second terminal 32 for unlocking are short-circuited based on bending of the unlocking operating knob 15.
