PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a disk cartridge from jumping out and falling-off from a cartridge holder when ejected. SOLUTION: A disk recording/reproducing device 101 comprises a chassis 103 for rotatably supporting the cartridge holder 102 for accommodating a disk cartridge; an ejection lever 105 that is rotatably mounted to the chassis in the insertion/ejection direction of the disk cartridge and is pressed by the disk cartridge 1 inserted into the holder for rotation; and a falling-off prevention means 231 for preventing the disk cartridge 1 ejected by the ejection lever 105 from falling from the cartridge holder 102. The falling-off prevention means 231 arranges a magnet for damping for magnetically attracting a hub 22 on the travel track of the hub 22 in a disk 21 when inserting and ejecting the disk cartridge 1 into and from the cartridge holder 102.
