PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance selection precision for a content useful for a user. SOLUTION: This content relation analyzer 1 is constituted of a browsing history information storage part 2 for storing browsed history information for expressing the content browsed by the user, a transition information extracting part 3 for extracting transition information for expressing the transition of the content browsed by the user, from the browsed history information, a transition information refining part 4 for refining the transition information extracted by the transition information extracting part 3, based on an appearance frequency of the transition appeared in the browsed history information, a transition information registration part 5 for registering the transition information refined by the transition information refining part 4, in a result list using a group of the related contents as an element, and a result list storage part 6 for storing the result list.
