PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the following problem: a customer cannot confirm a transaction history with a transaction operation image from an ATM (automatic teller machine). SOLUTION: When performing a transaction by the ATM, there are data recorded in a host server and journal data with the transaction operation image recorded in the ATM. By unitarily managing the journal data by an operation management server, the host server interlocks with the operation management server to transaction history display requirement from the ATM, the transaction history is downloaded from the host server to the ATM, and the transaction operation image is downloaded from the operation server.
