PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable high-speed access to electronic information stored in a storage medium. SOLUTION: In a storage medium recording data for every predetermined cluster, when successive access to electronic information is performed for every cluster by use of link information for registering information specifying a cluster that is a link destination from each cluster, the access to electronic information is performed by use of an index database registering information for specifying a cluster registering each data at predetermined intervals from the head data of the electronic information.
