PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance contrast in an image picked up by an X-ray imaging device, and to enhance image quality reducing a noise or the like, by simple constitution. SOLUTION: This X-ray imaging device 1 of the present invention is provide with an X-ray source 21 for emitting an X-ray toward a specimen A, an X-ray detector 7 for acquiring a fluoroscopic image, in the specimen A, of the X-ray emitted from the X-ray source 21, a front stage side plate-like X-ray filter 3 made of heavy metal arranged between the X-ray source 21 and the specimen A, and a front stage side X-ray diaphragm 4 for varying an irradiation area of the X-ray emitted from the X-ray source 21 to the specimen A.
