PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a construction method of a waterproof composite coating body superior in waterproof performance and incombustible performance such as weatherability and water resistance, capable of efficiently lining, and capable of sufficiently restraining fear of causing a hindrance to sanitation by sufficiently reducing a formaldehyde emission quantity. SOLUTION: In this construction method of the waterproof composite coating body formed by laminating at least a fiber reinforced resin layer and a ceramic layer in this order on a base body, the fiber reinforced resin layer is composed of an ordinary temperature-curing resin composition including unsaturate polyester having a double bond potency of 300 to 1,800, a polymerizing monomer and alicyclic amine. The ordinary temperature-curing composition is set larger than 10 MPa in tensile strength in a curing material, and is set larger than 10 % in a tensile elongation percentage.
