PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure for supporting the body of a hydraulic breaker that can reduce the frequency of shock absorber replacement, simplify maintenance procedures, easily and inexpensively keep vibration-proof and sound absorbing nature of the hydraulic breaker, and lengthen the service life of component parts of the breaker. SOLUTION: A transfer plate 15 is fixed between side panels 13<SB>S</SB>of a bracket 11, and shock absorbers 27<SB>R2</SB>and 27<SB>R3</SB>, the second spacer member 35, and the first spacer member 31 are placed in this order between the back face 9<SB>R</SB>of the hydraulic breaker body 7 in the back head portion 25 and the transfer plate 15. A bolt 39 is inserted to a bolt insertion hole 37<SB>C</SB>of the transfer plate 15, and further linked with a bolt hole 37<SB>S</SB>of the first spacer member 31, while the second spacer member 35 is pressed onto the shock absorber 27<SB>R3</SB>. This shock absorber 27<SB>R3</SB>is pressed onto the shock absorber 27<SB>R2</SB>, and the shock absorber 27<SB>R2</SB>is pressed onto the back face 9<SB>R</SB>of the hydraulic breaker body 7.
