PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a volume reduction of waste cement milk generated from various engineering works and an improvement of operability during handling. SOLUTION: A waste cement treatment apparatus 20 comprises a storage tank 22, a pump 25 for pulling out treated cement milk coagulated in the storage tank, a feed pipe 29 connected to the pump, and sandbags 26 each disposed under the discharge opening 27 of the feed pipe. Excess cement milk is fed into the storage tank 22, and a coagulant stored in a coagulant tank 11 is added thereinto. In the storage tank 22, an agitator 23 for agitating and mixing the excess cement milk and the coagulant fed or added into the storage tank is disposed. The sandbags 26 are formed in a plural number, and each sandbag 26 is mounted on a water permeable frame 30.
