PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cigarette butt-recovering device improved in attach-working property of attaching a cigarette butt-conveying member on a circulating member, and the cigarette butt-conveying member. SOLUTION: The cigarette butt-recovering device 3 is equipped with the cigarette butt-conveying member 6 held by the circulating member 33 so as to be moved together with the endless state circulating member 33 and conveying the cigarette butt. The circulating member 33 has a first engaging hole 47. The cigarette butt-conveying member 6 has a scraper 7 for moving the cigarette butt and an insertion/engaging member 8 for joining the scraper 7 with the circulating member 33 by fitting to a first engaging hole 47 of the endless state circulating member 33. By fitting the inserting/engaging member 8 with the first engaging hole 47 of the circulating member 33, the scraper 7 can be joined with the circulating member 33. Since the inserting/engaging member 8 is provided by using a flexible material such as a rubber, and is easily elastically deformable, it is possible to join the inserting/engaging member 8 to the first engaging hole 47 of the endless state circulating member 33 by a simple operation.
