Device for practicing the golf swing comprises a grip (1) and a golf club shaft (2) having different size weights (3, 4, 5) on one end as exchangeable oscillating masses. The masses can be removed according to fit swing weight of the golfer. Further leather strips (6) are fixed to the end of the golf shaft using a threaded nut (7) so that the strips form a resistance when the device is swung. Preferred Features: The masses are made from rubber or a similar material to avoid the danger of injury. The threaded nut is lined with rubber or a similar material.
