<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light irradiation device enabling a user to arbitrarily and selectively set irradiation control elements in a material to be irradiated in cultivating plants such as vegetables, flowering plants and trees, and irradiate the material with multi-element LEDs (light emitting diods) in accordance with the elements in broad flexibility, and also having a concise display part displaying the content of the set elements. <P>SOLUTION: This light irradiation device has the following structure: a light irradiation part, where the multi-element LEDs are arranged, irradiates the material with light based on light-on/off switching time on the basis of the present time (when set), various kinds of patterns of emitted light quantity, and cultivation elements of emitted light quantity on respective elements based on the respective emitted light quantity patterns; and a part of the light irradiation part is used also as a display part displaying the light irradiation control elements in accordance with setting commands from a setting part. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
