<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an integrated solar cell which can prevent side leak without increase in the isolation groove which results in increase in non-effective area of connecting part and increase in the laser process. <P>SOLUTION: The integrated solar cell includes an insulated substrate and a plurality of power generating units. At least one power generating unit comprises a lower electrode provided on the insulated substrate, a plurality of photoelectric conversion cells laminated on the lower electrode, a transparent intermediate layer provided between two photoelectric conversion cells among a plurality of the photoelectric conversion cells, and an upper electrode provided on a plurality of photoelectric conversion cells. Moreover, the upper electrode is in the electrical contact with the lower electrode of the adjacent other power generation units. In addition, the specific resistance of the transparent intermediate layer is ranged up to 100Ωcm from 1Ωcm. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
