<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling device for preventing dust from being deposited on a heat sink, an electronic apparatus, a heat sink constituting these, and radiation fins constituting the heat sink. <P>SOLUTION: A heat receiving member 6 and the heat sink 5, these attached to heat generating parts, are connected to each other by heat pipes 7. The heat sink 5 comprises the plurality of radiation fins 9 disposed side by side. In the heat sink 5, an inflow part 12a for air sent by a fan 8 is equipped with a slope part 13A. The slope part 13A is formed by giving a slope to one end part of each radiation fin 9, which causing the radiation fins 9 to be superimposed on each other.
