<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic electroluminescent display device, and its manufacturing method preventing a galvanic phenomenon occurring at a boundary face between a transparent electrode substance and a metal substance, preventing deterioration of luminance, and having uniform luminance. <P>SOLUTION: In regard to the organic electroluminescent display device, and its manufacturing method preventing a galvanic reaction of a reflecting type pixel electrode, the organic electroluminescent display device is characterized by that it includes the pixel electrode formed on an insulating substrate and composed of a reflective film and a transparent electrode layer, a pixel defining film provided with an opening exposing one portion of the pixel electrode, an organic film formed on the opening, and an upper electrode formed on a whole face of the insulating substrate, and the reflective film has an excellent degree of reflection, and comprises a transparent electrode layer, and a substance with an oxidation-reduction potential difference of 0.3 or less. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
