<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotating connector capable of reducing cost by drastically shortening the required length of a flat cable. <P>SOLUTION: This is a rotating connector in which a rotor 2 having an inner cylinder part 7b and a top plate part 7a is rotatably coupled to a stator 1 having an outer cylindrical part 5a and a bottom plate part 6a, and a holder 4 is rotatably arranged in an annular space 9 demarcated between these stator 1 and rotor 2. A guide wall 4b having an outer circumference face offset to the inner circumference face extending concentrically with the inner cylinder part 7b is installed on an annular flat plate 4a of the holder 4, an aperture 17 in which the reversed part 3a of a flat cable 3 passes is installed at the largest diameter portion of this guide wall 4b, and a first slippery sheet 10 is pasted on the bottom plate part 6a opposed to the annular flat plate 4a of the holder 4, and a second slippery sheet 11 is pasted on the lower face of the top plate part 7a opposed to the top end in width direction of the flat cable 3. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
