<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a package-type generator which can reduce the influence by the adhesion of steam to a battery even in case that it is installed outdoors, and can be constituted in high quality and small size by eliminating such trouble that the battery hinders the flow of the cooling air within the package. <P>SOLUTION: An engine 1 and a generator 2 are placed on a base 4, and a frame 17 supported on the base 4 is provided over the generator 2. For this frame 17, screen members 16b for checking the infiltration of steam are attached to the top and the flank, and a control panel 6 is mounted on this frame 17. The cooling air 15 having flown in through an intake port 13 cools the generator 2 and the engine 1, and is discharged from a exhaust port 14 after passage of a radiator 8, and the battery 18 is screened so that it may not be influenced by the steam of the cooling air 15, in a position apart from the intake port 13. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
