PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To distribute task processing such as the change confirmation of a nursing care service by periodically accepting an activity result from each person in charge of a nursing care, and always confirming the activity real circumstance of each person in charge of a nursing care before receiving an activity result report at the beginning of a claim month. SOLUTION: This nursing care service supporting device 10 is provided with a change contact DB 13 connected through a network 30 to a telephone 20 used by a person in charge of a nursing care, in which change contact preliminarily made from the person in charge of a nursing care to an established nursing care service plan is registered, an input accepting means 11 for accepting the input of an activity result(as scheduled or the presence of change) to the nursing care service plan from the telephone 20, an activity result DB 12 in which the accepted activity result is registered so as to be associated with the person in charge of the nursing care, an activity result deciding means 14 for deciding the registered change contact and the matching of the activity result and an activity result confirmation information notifying means 15 for preparing and notifying the activity result confirmation picture of the person in charge of the nursing care based on the decision result.
