PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and accurately grasp management contents matching an actual conditions about asset properties, lease properties, equipment properties in an office while including the installation site of the office. SOLUTION: The asset properties, the lease properties, the equipment properties and the like in the office are managed by using bar-codes. The types, bar-code data, installation sites and the like of the properties are inputted to a management book inputted and held in an information management computer, and the properties are displayed in different colors according their types.
