PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To smoothly perform loading work and work excluding loading work, without interfering movement of a basket and mechanical strength. SOLUTION: This loading device for explosive or its intermediate, mounted on a basket for high attitude work, is composed of at least a control device, a feeding-out device, and a device such as a container or a hopper for the explosive or its intermediate, and at least one or more devices are mounted on the basket for high attitude work in a split state.
