PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem due to emission current from a noise filter and the problem due to a resonance cycle current, between the noise filter and the ground capacitance. SOLUTION: The noise filter 10 is parallel-connected to a resistor 11 to an inductor 12. The current of a power supply frequency passes through the inductor 12 without loss, and does not pass through the resistor 11; whereas, a noise current of high-frequency, including the resonance cycle current, is consumed in the resistor 11 without passing through the inductor 12. Thus, since the power of the noise is not stored in the noise filter 10, there is no problem due to released power. Since the resonance cycle current between the noise filter 10 and the ground capacity C is also consumed in the resistor 11, there will also be no problem due to the resonance cycle current.
