PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To bring an eject lever into contact with the height position of a disk cartridge similar to a loading operation end position even at an eject operation end position. SOLUTION: This disk recording/play back device 101 is provided with a cartridge holder 102 for housing a disk cartridge 1, a chassis 103 for supporting the cartridge holder to rotate between a cartridge inserting/pulling-out position and a recording/reproducing position, a recording and/or reproducing means 104 disposed in the chassis, and an eject lever 105 disposed in the chassis.
