INFORMATION DISTRIBUTION CONTROL METHOD, AND ITS DEVICE AND PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To adjust the level of information distribution to carry out the information distribution allowing an end user to easily process the information when information retrieval is requested from the end user to an information distribution center classifying and managing the information. SOLUTION: This system distributes information to an end user terminal EU having executed information retrieval to the information distribution center 200 classifying and managing the information based on a certain standard via a communication network 1000. The end user obtains a retrieval key set composed of a single or a plurality of retrieval keys. The end user executes information retrieval any time he or she likes by using the obtained key set. Then, a difference time between the creation time of the retrieval key set and a time when the retrieval is executed by using the retrieval key set is calculated.
