PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressure-sensitive adhesive composition which exhibits enhanced heat resistance while retaining good adhesive properties and has a low viscosity. SOLUTION: The pressure-sensitive adhesive composition comprises (1) 100 pts.wt. of a modified conjugated diene polymer bearing an alkoxysilyl group and an amino group and incorporated therewith, (2) 20-300 pts.wt. of a tackifier resin and (3) 0-300 pts.wt. of a softening agent.
