PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prepare a biocompatible lubricating, protecting and nourishing gel liquid having tissue restoration, hemorrhage arresting and skin lubricating effects. SOLUTION: This gel liquid compatible with human skin and nontoxic to cells can be produced by bonding nano-photocatalyst (TiO<SB>2</SB>) particles to an antibacterial material such as nano-silver particles to form a TiO<SB>2</SB>-Ag nano-composite material particle and mixing the material particle with a low-molecular collagen produced by the filtration and extraction of natural organisms and having a molecular weight of≤50 Kbp and a concentration of 0.05-5%, chitin, chitosan, hyaluronic acid, vitamin C and nano-iron particles and adjusting the pH of the mixture closely to the pH of the skin, i.e. about 6.
