PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paper feeding device capable of performing connection of shafts with each other without using a fixing member such as a screw and easily performing disconnection/connection of the shafts with each other without using a tool at exchange of a roller. SOLUTION: The paper feeding device 4 is provided with the first shaft 10 having one end rotatably supported and the other end being a free end; the roller 7 mounted to the first shaft 10; the second shaft 15 supported movably in an axial direction and coaxially provided relative to the first shaft 10; a first connection member 20 mounted to one end of the second shaft 15; and a second connection member 28 mounted to the other end of the second shaft 15. The first shaft 10, the second shaft 15 and a driving shaft 25 are connected at usage and the connection of the driving shaft 25, the first shaft 10 and the second shaft 15 is automatically released at exchange of the roller.
