PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a roll blind for a vehicle window that has a hard-to-break constitution and, when a component is broken, allows easy replacement of a broken component. SOLUTION: The roll blind 1 comprises a blind sheet 2, a take-up shaft 3, and a deploying means, the deploying means has an operation line member 6, driving devices 50 and 51, and a guide member 52, and a pay-out section 60 of the operation line member 6 on the pay-out side to a window opening 10b is payed out by the window opening 10b without guide rail. In the roll blind for the vehicle window, the operation line member 6 separately comprises a power receiving section 61 on the power receiving side by the driving devices in an outside region of the window opening 10b, and the pay-out section 60. A transmitting member 62 that moves while being guided and supported by the guide member 52 and presses the pay-out section 60 toward the window opening 10b by being pressed by the power receiving section 61 is disposed between the power receiving section 61 and the pay-out section 60. The transmitting member 62 separates from the pay-out section 60 when a force in the separating direction is applied between the pay-out section 60 and the power receiving section 61.
