PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printing plate capable of easily adjusting distortion of a printing plate screen. SOLUTION: When the distortion of the printing plate screen to be used for screen printing is detected, the tension of the screen which expands or shrinks corresponding to the frame body part expanding due to the thermal expansion is adjusted, by adjusting the temperature of a medium to be filled into a plurality of frame body parts formed on a frame body which holds the screen at a constant tension.
