PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray computerized tomographic apparatus capable of shortening a waiting time until the start of an image display after resuming X-ray irradiation and data collection even in a situation where X-ray irradiation is accidentally or intentionally interrupted for a while in the middle of CT fluoroscopy. SOLUTION: The X-ray computerized tomographic apparatus repeats collection of projection data on a subject while periodically changing a projection direction, and sequentially generates images at every collection of the projection data of predetermined angle part/n required to generate one image and displays real-time CT fluoroscopic images. The X-ray computerized tomographic apparatus is provided with a reconstruction processing part 8 for starting reconstruction of images based on the projection data before the interruption of the predetermined angle part and the projection data after resumption when the projection data of the predetermined angle part/n is collected by resuming the collection of the projection data after the collection of the projection data is interrupted by the interruption of X-ray irradiation, and a display part 10 for displaying the real-time CT fluoroscopic images based on the image reconstructed after resumption.
