PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a hair accessory which can be used even in a dark place into a device integrated with hair rather than a piece of head jewelry and a device in which suppressed glitter retains certain grace, avoiding the excessive showiness of an electric decoration. SOLUTION: The accessory scatters a light source by combining microscopic LED and superfine optical fibers and notching the fibers, and is assimilated with hair by dyeing the fibers.
