PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide equipment having a plug for charging which is improved in convenience. SOLUTION: The equipment having a plug 3 comprises a rotor 20, which is axially supported in a plug housing part 12 provided at the corner part 10C between the back face 10B of the equipment body 10 and one side 10S, a pair of plug blades 21, 21 protruding from the rotor 20; slits 13, 13 which are formed in the rotating range of the plug blades from the back face 10B toward one side 10S; a twist spring 23 which energizes the rotation of the rotor 20 from the housing position of the plug blades to the full open plugging position; a first locking part 26 which is provided at the outer periphery of the rotor 20 and is related to locking at the housing position, a second locking part 27 which is provided at the outer periphery of the rotor 20 and is related to locking at the half-open plugging position; an operating member 5 which makes a locking member 56 advance and retreat between the locking position for engaging with the locking parts 26, 27 and a lock-releasing position, and a twist spring 55 which energizes the locking member 56 from the lock-releasing position to the locking position.
