PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a circuit board inspection device for enhancing reliability of electrical inspection even if a circuit board, that is an inspecting object, comprises electrodes with minute pitches and making inspection work smooth even on the occasion of continuously inspecting circuit boards. SOLUTION: This circuit board inspection device is equipped with a circuit board-side connector 21, conductive pins 32, a relay pin unit 31 equipped with first and second insulating plates 34 and 35 for supporting the conductive pins 32, and a tester-side connector 41. Connection electrodes, each comprising a terminal electrode 27 for current and a therewith-paired terminal electrode 28 for voltage, are disposed on a board 23 for pitch conversion so that they are electrically connected to respective electrodes 2 and 3 under inspection of the circuit board 1 under inspection. A pin-side electrode 47 for current and a pin-side electrode 48 for voltage are disposed on a connector board 43 so that they are electrically connected to the terminal electrode 27 for current and the terminal electrode 28 for voltage, respectively, on the board 23.
