PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-frequency element characteristics test fixture inexpensive and superior in maintainability. SOLUTION: The high-frequency element characteristics test fixture is provided with a fixture body 20; a work guide 23 provided over the fixture body 20 wherein a set hole 25 for inserting a high-frequency element 10 whose characteristics are to be tested is formed; a large number of contact terminals 31 interposed between the work guide 23 and the fixture body 20, protruded toward the inside of the set hole 25, and having a tip part side sprung up toward the side of the set hole into elastic contact with each external terminal of the high-frequency element 10; connectors 24 mounted to the fixture body 20; and a connecting means 22 for electrically connecting the contact terminals 31 to the connectors 24.
