PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting structure of a ventilation fan for a pipe capable of closing a clearance between a wall face and the ventilation fan for the pipe, and improving the performance of the ventilation fan for the pipe. SOLUTION: An opening part 2 is formed on the wall face in a house, an exhaust pipe 3 is mounted on the opening part 2 with its distal end projected, the pipe 3 and the ventilation fan 1 for the pipe are connected and fixed through a plate 4 kept into contact with the periphery of the opening part 2 for covering the circumference of the opening part 2, the plate 4 is provided with a hole part 41 engaged with the pipe 3, an unevenness adjusting material 4b is mounted on a wall face side of the plate member 4a constituting the plate 4, and the circumference of the distal end of the pipe 3 is sealed by the unevenness adjusting material 4b.
