PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a throttle valve control device capable of avoiding noise and uncomfortable vibration immediately after turning off an ignition switch. SOLUTION: This throttle valve control device comprises a throttle valve controlling the suction air amount of an internal combustion engine, a motor for driving the throttle valve, a rotational speed sensor detecting the rotational speed of the internal combustion engine, a detector detecting the turning-off of the ignition switch, and a controller. When the turning-off of the ignition switch is detected by the detector, the controller drives the motor to move the throttle valve to a second predetermined opening smaller than a first predetermined opening held in idling, and when the rotating speed is detected to be lowered to a predetermined speed or less by the rotational speed sensor, drives the motor to move the throttle valve to a third predetermined opening larger than the first predetermined opening.
