FOAMING FILLER AND FILLING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foaming filler causing no peeling, and a filling method. SOLUTION: The foaming filler 1 is constituted by successively laminating an epoxy pressure-sensitive adhesive cured layer (pressure-sensitive adhesive layer) 3, an epoxy foamed layer (foamed layer) 5 and a rubbery foamed layer (damping layer) 7. Release paper 9 is provided to the under surface of the epoxy pressure-sensitive adhesive cured layer 3 and release paper 11 is provided on the upper surface of the rubbery foamed layer 7. The epoxy pressure-sensitive adhesive cured layer 3 is a layer comprising a material containing bisphenol A and the epoxy foamed layer 5 is a layer comprising a material containing bisphenol A.
