PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a woodgrain pattern having a three-dimensional feeling simply and easily at a low cost while forming the surface of a woodgrain board into a beautiful smooth surface without providing unevenness on the surface of the woodgrain board by emboss processing. SOLUTION: The woodgrain boad manufacturing method is constituted of a woodgrain color pattern printing process for printing a woodgrain color pattern on the surface of a substrate, a gloss layer laminating process for providing a gloss layer comprising a transparent or translucent ultraviolet curable coating not concealing the woodgrain color pattern on the surface of the woodgrain color pattern, a first ultraviolet irradiating process for irradiating the gloss layer comprising the ultraviolet-curable coating with ultraviolet rays to set the ultraviolet-curable coating to an uncured state without perfectly curing the ultraviolet curable coating, a matte layer laminating process for laminating a matte layer comprising the ultraviolet-curable coating on the woodgrain color pattern and a second ultraviolet inadiating process for irradiating the matte layer and the gloss layer to perfectly cure both of the matte layer and the gloss layer.
