PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a carcass band folding-back device 10 capable of certainly folding back a carcass band side part CBS without leaving a streak in the folded-back carcass band side part CBS. SOLUTION: An arm diameter contracting means 20 for bundling folding-back arms 11 to shake them to the inside of a radial direction is provided. This arm diameter contracting means 20 is constituted of respective press rollers 5 tumbling on the surfaces 11a of the outside in the radial direction of the folding-back arms 11 to be relatively displaced in the axial direction with respect to the folding-back arms 11, the respective press arms 6 which support the leading end parts of the press rollers 5 and are provided so as to be made shakable to the inside and outside in the radial direction centering around the base end parts positioned outside the axial direction from the leading end parts and an elastic band 26 for bundling the press arms 6 to shake them to the inside of the radial direction.
