PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging and an applicator device that can reshape the surface of an applicator. SOLUTION: The packaging and the applicator device (1) includes a body (12) and a block (13) of fluidizable substance and is stationary relative to the body (2) while the substance is in a solid state. The block of substance projects beyond the body in a way that it composes at least one surface (14) that serves as the surface of the applicator. The device (1) also includes a reshaper member (20) that reshapes the surface (14) of the applicator. The reshaper member can be positionable on the body for co-operating with the body to compose at least one cavity (24; 24'; 24") into which a substance can flow when the substance is fluidized by supplying heat, and the substance can maintain the shape of the cavity when it cools down and returns to the solid state.
