<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an endoscope which facilitates the introduction of an insertion portion to a deep part by effectively utilizing propelling force obtained by an insertion auxiliary device, and an endoscopic device equipped with the endoscope. <P>SOLUTION: The endoscope 2 has a curving portion 25 at the insertion portion 21 and a curving operation knob 27 for operating the curving portion 25 to bend at an operational part 22 provided at the proximal end part of the insertion portion 21. A rotation adapter 7 equipped with a rotator 43 having a spiral protrusion 43a applying the propelling force to the insertion portion 21 on the outer peripheral surface is placed at a position closer to the proximal end side rather than the bending portion 25 constituting the insertion portion 21. Since a permanent magnet 44 is provided on the rotator 43 of the rotation adapter 7, the rotator 43 rotates by generating a prescribed external magnetic field by a medical magnetic induction device 8. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
