PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sealing sheet for a building, and its manufacturing method. SOLUTION: This invention is a steam diffusing and waterproofing sealing sheet for a wall and/or a roof part of the building. The sheet has an inner layer, an outer layer and an intermediate layer arranged between the inner layer and the outer layer, and includes a joining body of at least three layers with a thermoplastic synthetic substance as a basic material. The inner layer is composed of a porous base material, and the intermediate layer is composed of a base material for passing steam and passing no liquid. The outer layer is formed of die-impressed and hole-bored foil having a three-dimensional structural surface for passing steam and passing no liquid. The inner layer, the intermediate layer and the outer layer are mutually firmly joined, and heat reflection work is applied to the outer layer. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
