<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling mechanism for EGR gas having a simple structure and capable of cooling the EGR gas without providing special components for cooling the EGR gas as much as possible. <P>SOLUTION: A recirculated gas pipe line (7) branched from an exhaust manifold (2) and communicated with an intake manifold (3) via a control valve (5) is constituted so as to penetrate through inside of a thermostat housing (4) mounted on a cylinder head (1) and be cooled by cooling water. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
